Meet Samia- Marie Bayssari
Samia-Marie Baysari (Sam) is the founder and principal migration consultant at SMB Migration Services, with over 15 years of experience in Australian migration law and registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA: 1466659). She is widely recognised for her depth of knowledge, honest advice, and genuine dedication to helping clients achieve positive migration outcomes.
As a registered migration agent, Samia-Marie has successfully managed hundreds of cases across all major visa categories, including skilled migration, family visas, employer sponsorships, student visas, visitor visas, and complex matters involving character, health, or appeals before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). Her strategic thinking and client-focused approach have made her a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and businesses both locally and internationally.
Samia-Marie leads SMB Migration Services with a commitment to professionalism, empathy, and results. She takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, offering tailored advice and step-by-step guidance throughout their migration journey.
Outside of work, Samia-Marie is a proud mother who enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves starting her day with a good coffee, stays active through Pilates, and believes strongly in maintaining a healthy work-life balance that allows her to serve her clients at the highest level.
